- nAnti-Money Laundering (AML)
- nKnow Your Customer (KYC)
- nKnowledge or Experience of Financial Crime Operations domain
- nExperience in data crunching/ analysis
- nDesign and managing SharePoint
- nExperience in data manipulation of large datasets through the use of analytical tools (e.g. Tableau, SQL, VBA, Python, R) and a willingness to learn new languages and take on understanding of processes as required for the role.
- nProficient in MS Office applications

nPurpose of the role
nTo support Screening with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution, making decisions in line with comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
nAccountabilities
- nSupport with day-to-day screening initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution through lending technical expertise.
- nExecution of screening checks on customers, transactions, and other activities to identify potential risks and comply with regulatory requirements.
- nCollaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate screening processes.
- nIdentification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in screening processes.
- nDevelopment and implementation of screening procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- nDevelopment of reports and presentations on screening performance.
- nIdentification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in screening Services.
- nParticipation in projects and initiatives to improve screening efficiency and effectiveness.
