Role Overview: As a Functional Consultant, you'll work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, configuring, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet client needs. Knowledge of D365 Project Operations /PSA is must
Must have 6+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience
Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM
Experience of defining/creating solution architecture, functional and technical design documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM solutions
Must have worked on design and development of Dynamics CRM end-to-end implementations
Experience on Dual Writes will be added advantage.
Technical Abilities:
Product Knowledge: You should have a comprehensive understanding of Dynamics CRM, both cloud-based and on-premise.
CRM Module Knowledge : D365 Project Operations , D365 Sale , D365 Customer Service
Hands-on Experience: You'll work on development, support, and implementation projects.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential, especially when interacting with customers in the Middle East
Installation and Configuration: Experience with CRM installation, system configuration, and security implementation.
CRM Upgradation: Familiarity with upgrading Dynamics CRM.
Data Migration: Experience with data migration using tools like SSIS, Scribe, or custom applications.
Integration: Knowledge of integrating CRM with other systems.
Customer Support: Handling technical and functional queries from customers.
Documentation: Creating system requirements, design documents, and user manuals.
Power Platform Knowledge of basic Power Platform and Canvas Applications

o End-to-end implementation experience as an Implementation Consultant is highly preferred.
o Familiarity with new technologies like Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Flow, and Unified Service Desk (USD) is advantageous.
