Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects
- Provide functional expertise in the areas of finance, supply chain, and trade & logistics
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide end-user training and support
- Identify and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5-15 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and trade & logistics processes
- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O
- Experience in leading and managing implementation projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in providing end-user training and support
