- Financial Module Expertise: Being the subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
and Operations, with In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and its modules,
including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Financial Reporting,
Bank and Cash Management, Management Reporter/FRx, Project Accounting
- Solution Design: Collaborating with business stakeholders and financial teams to design and
implement financial solutions in Dynamics 365 that align with the organization's financial and
accounting requirements.
- Configuration and Customization: Configuring and customizing financial modules within Dynamics
365, including chart of accounts, financial dimensions, ledgers, and other financial elements.
- Integration: Ensuring seamless integration between Dynamics 365 Finance and external financial
systems, such as banks, payment gateways, and other financial tools.
- Reporting and Analytics: Developing and optimizing financial reporting and analytics within
Dynamics 365 Finance, including balance sheets, income statements, and financial dashboards.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring that financial processes and reporting within Dynamics 365
Finance comply with industry regulations and accounting standards.
- Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, enhance efficiency, and
reduce operational costs within Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Training and Support: Providing training and support to finance consultants and end-users to
ensure they can effectively use Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex financial and accounting issues within the
Dynamics 365 system.
- Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of financial processes,
configurations, and best practices.
- Budget Management: Overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes within Dynamics 365
Finance, and ensuring that the system supports the financial planning needs of the organization.
- Vendor Management: Collaborating with vendors and external partners to implement financial
solutions and integrations effectively.
- Compliance and Security: Ensuring data security and compliance with financial data by
implementing proper access controls and data protection measures.
Lead D365 F&O implementations from analysis phase and onward with little supervision from the
Functional Solution Architect in a highly visible, client facing role
Define functional requirement and design documents that developers can use for enhancements;
Finalize and sign-off on FRD and FDD; Perform unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans
Organize and manage entire training cycle; Train power users and end users on efficient use of the
solution, share tips and tricks
Participate in pre-sales activities including proposal development and client presentations.
Travel to client-site when necessary
Experience with SCM is an asset.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies
Participate in the definition and configuration of data migration activities for the respective modules and
understanding of the underlying data entities that make up the SCM modules
Participate in the development of functional design documentation and technical specifications, unit and system test
scripts, and deployment plans, perform SIT testing
Lead other consultants in delivering according to client expectations; take ownership of successful completion of
deliverables and projects
Work closely with clients to understand their supply chain management processes and identify areas for
improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and
Operations
Expert knowledge of D365 for Supply Chain modules with the demonstrable capability of leading complex projects
and internal delivery initiatives
Deep functional knowledge of the supply chain domain inventory, advanced warehouse management and
manufacturing
Experience with end to end implementations as SCM Consultant or Lead
Experience working on key supply chain module areas, such as: Procurement Cycle, Inventory Management,
Advanced Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Control, Distribution, Transportation, and
the Sales Cycle
Bachelors degree or other equivalent qualification in relevant field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Certifications desirable.
Experience on at least 3-4 end to end implementation projects and awareness typical implementation
methodologies for Dynamics projects
Excellent communication skills, along with good analysis and documentation skills
Experience using DevOps for tracking deliverables, risks, and issues
Complete knowledge on various supply chain module enquiry tools and reports
Have led a team to deliver a project module solution and deliverable
Knowledge of Finance is an Asset
