Job Description: D365 Developer (Omnichannel & Customer Engagement)
Mandatory skills -
Good working knowledge on .Net, C#, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
6- 8 Years experience as a consultant with implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM.
At least 2-3 end-to-end implementations completed in D365 CE
Strong technical knowledge and functional understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Portals/ Power Pages, Power Apps, Automate, Power BI).
Experience in developing Data Migration packages using SSIS (Kingsway soft connector) OR Scribe OR ADF OR any equivalent tool.
System integrations with Dynamics 365 Online tools, techniques, and best practices.
Hands on experience working in Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
Familiarity with various Azure resources and preferably working experience.
Good understanding of software development lifecycles (preferably Agile), development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and hyper care support
Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD implementation is an advantage.
Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules
Nice to have skills Possession of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform certifications.
