A) Warehousing:

1. Planning and managing manpower in line with business forecasts.
2. Experience in improving productivity with a cost-effective approach.
3. Proven track record of managing operations at scale.
4. Skilled in planning and implementing robust mechanisms for warehouse and delivery partners to meet predefined turnaround times.

B) Packaging:

Developing standard operating procedures for packaging to ensure cost savings, increased productivity, and zero damage during transit.

C) Software Management:

Extensive experience working with platforms such as Shopify, Uniware, and ClickPost.

D) Inventory Management:

Ability to manage warehousing stock based on sales run rate and forecasts to ensure zero out-of-stock situations for products and packaging.

E) Reporting:

Regular maintenance and presentation of reports on inventory, cost, and productivity to senior management.

Role Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel is essential

At least 3 years of experience in a D2C startup

Experience in managing operations
