Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist with IBM experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in the job market and will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures for our organization
- Monitor and analyze security risks and threats to our systems and networks
- Implement and manage security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses in our systems and networks
- Respond to security incidents and provide incident response and recovery support
- Stay up to date with emerging threats and trends in cybersecurity and make recommendations for enhancing our security posture
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure the overall security of our organization
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
- 6-12 years of experience in cybersecurity with IBM
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software
- Experience conducting security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Hands-on experience with security incident response and recovery
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or IBM Certified Specialist Security Identity and Access Manager V9.0 are desirable
