Overview
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Program Metrics Dashboard Technical Project Manager (TechPM) to join our team and help us design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that display key performance indicators and metrics for our clients cybersecurity program. You will work closely with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and managers to understand their data needs and translate them into user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards. As a TechPM, you will own the plan, schedule, and deliverables, etc. You are required to have a knowledge of various cybersecurity functions at a high-level.
Responsibilities
- The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the development and maintenance of the dashboard, as well as ensuring its alignment with the cybersecurity program objectives and requirements.
- Collaborate with clients cybersecurity stakeholders and other dashboard users to gather feedback and requirements and to deliver solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
- Manage the project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables of the dashboard development.
- Coordinate and communicate with the dashboard stakeholders, including the cybersecurity program managers, analysts, engineers, and executives.
- Facilitate the dashboard design, development, testing, deployment, and enhancement processes, using agile methodologies and best practices.
- Drive the technical solution strategy by working with project team members.
- Monitor and report on the dashboard performance, quality, and user feedback, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Identify and manage the project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them as appropriate.
- Ensure the dashboard complies with the cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulations.
- Be available for meetings and workshops until 12 noon CT (10:30 or 11:30 PM IST) when needed.
- Technology no preference but BI-related or ServiceNow related is a plus.

- Managed 3-4 people maybe up to 10
- Must do detailed documentation and presentation (Word/PPT/XLS)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in managing cybersecurity projects, preferably related to metrics, dashboards, or data visualization.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
- Knowledge of best practices and standards for cybersecurity metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies, such as agile, scrum, or waterfall.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as MS Project, Jira, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Familiar with cybersecurity concepts, tools, and processes, such as threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response, etc.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
