Immediate opening for Technical Solutions Expert & Cybersecurity Specialist - Work Location: This role is based out of our office at Sohna Road, Gurgaon (no WFH)
- Work Timings : Though this role supports our EST business, work hours will be between (1100 - 2000 hrs) IST Providing valuable insights, recommending security solutions, and assisting in achieving compliance with industry standards and regulations Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Technically savvy to understand complexities of client issues encountered;
Grow revenue and new business through positioning and selling security solutions to expand our security footprint and reputation; Establish technical relationships with partners and customers;
Connect with technology heads, liaison with them, and demonstrate the security offering of our organisation
Qualify opportunities and own them through the solution phase - convince through product demos and position POC to close deals
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects by being the security subject matter expert (versus a product SME)have the scope and perspective to broadly understand, address, and advise on security issues and the industry landscape
Identify and understand our clients networking and infrastructure environments and how our Security solutions can solve customer problems
Develop executive relationships with key customers and influencers and leverage these during sales
Coordinate with appropriate internal/on-ground teams to generate and deliver winning Contracts, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work
Ability to work in a flat hierarchy/start-up environment, delivering results with little supervision
Consultative selling:
Being an expert on the standard products from a technical perspective
Establish trustful relationships with other Operations and Commercial Teams
Work with the Client Focus Teams to understand and execute the operational tasks related to client's business objectives
Execute the implementation of new features and products
Troubleshoot standard product issues and propose ways forward
Continuous improvement of processes and tools:
Participate with the broader global team to improve and develop new tools and processes.
Redefine processes to make the Technical Solutions team more efficient and be partners with the business teams
Identify bugs, report them, and work closely to our escalation and R&D teams on their resolution Proactive review of processes, tools, and solutions that will have an impact on our overall efficiency
7+ years of progressive hands-on experience in Cyber, Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, Programming, Data Engineering, and AI
Strong communication skills - fluent in English, both spoken & written
Engineering or technical background with a computer science-related degree; Master's degree preferred
In-depth knowledge about Cyber Security Layers like (physical, Network, perimeter, End Point, Application, Cloud Security, Data Security & user Education)
Experience advising and consulting customers on their security strategies, programs, projects, and technology investments
Subject matter expertise in security and cybersecurity technologies for on-premise, cloud, and at the edge
A good understanding of cloud networking and cybersecurity technologies, framework, compliance requirements like (PCI DSS, RBI, HIPPA, ISO 27001-2013, SEBI, CERT-IN and risk management
Ability to understand complex technical problems
Experience in reviewing and debugging code
Experience collaborating with internal clients
Ability to prioritize and execute a large number of tasks, and resolve issues quickly
Problem-solving and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, sharing best practices, and open to providing and receiving feedback.
High attention to detail and meticulous to execute tasks for key and complex clients
