- Seeking candidates with over 10 years of comprehensive Cybersecurity Experience across various domains including application security, cloud security, data security, security governance, and network security.
- Strong technical proficiency required, with expertise in at least two of the aforementioned cybersecurity domains, and familiarity with others at a high level. Exception made for candidates specializing solely in telecommunication networks.
- Excellent communication skills essential, as the role involves interaction with C-Level executives and collaboration across global teams in Poland, Mexico, UK, and India.
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience is mandatory.
- Project Management skills are a prerequisite, with previous experience managing Cybersecurity teams.
- Solid understanding of Security architecture required.
- Prior experience working with banking domain customers possessing a global footprint is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Governance functions is crucial.
- Possession of one or more industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, OSCP, etc., is preferred.
