Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Conduct initial sales meetings with key decision-makers to identify pain points and key business outcomes.

  • Meet or exceed individual performance objectives such as discovery meetings, product demonstrations and proposal meetings which are tracked on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Conduct the research required to understand the prospects business, technology and product requirements and develop a compelling value proposition.
  • Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide detailed information with timely and accurate opportunity status, deal stage and next steps.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drives, and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
  • Perform effective online and offline demos to prospects.
  • Assume the lead role in the preparation and delivery of customer presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customer use cases

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Software/IT Sales
  • Should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) or Cyber Security domain MANDATORY
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have worked with India, Middle East and European Markets.
