Experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years in UX (Research/Design) or customer-facing writing (Content/UX writing/Media).
- Experience in Conversation Design (Chat/Voice) is ideal.
- Candidates from Engineering or Machine Learning with UX exposure are also considered.
- Preferable have a UX Research background
