- Cutlist Generation: Utilize cutting optimization software to generate accurate and optimized cutlists based on project requirements, material dimensions, and quantity specifications
- Material Analysis: Analyze project blueprints, drawings, and material specifications to determine the most efficient layout for cutting materials, taking into account factors such as grain direction, defects, and yield optimization
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory records of materials, including stock levels, material types, and sizes, to ensure availability and accuracy for cutlist generation
- Optimization Techniques: Apply advanced optimization techniques and algorithms to maximize material utilization, minimize waste, and reduce production costs while meeting project deadlines and quality standards
