We are looking for a skilled customer support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in customer support and should be comfortable with handling customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
