Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Technical Support at Volody's location in Goregaon. The role involves providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The candidate will play a key role in expedite contracting and maintaining efficient contract management processes.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • 2-4years experience required.
  • Analytical Skills and Customer Support experience
  • Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in contract management or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
