Job Title: Customer support - Voice process
Experience: 0-1 Year
Location: Gurgaon and Mumbai
FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL:
Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide .
Respond professionally and with empathy to all interactions with the Community.
Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints/queries
Anticipate needs and offer creative solutions by adding extra love, delight, or kindness when you can to the users
Demonstrate ownership of user queries until resolution or escalation.
Investigate, identify and escalate issues appropriately, by prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters
Compose thoughtful and accurate messages utilize prepared d responses to customer queries
Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
Recognize product and process issues that impact our community and submit reports and feedback.
Maintain accuracy and security of customer information
Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and public holidays
Be aware of and comply with any client / process / product updates
Take steps to improve on performance based on coaching.
General Security responsibility:
Adhering to Information Security Policies and Procedures of Teleperformance
Ensuring compliance to Information Security Policies and Procedures
Specific security responsibility:
Understand and Comply with Information Security Policies and Procedures and report all security incidents
Protect information entrusted to you.
Follow the information labelling and handling procedures based on the classification level of the asset
Adhere to the Internet Code of Conduct, email usage policy and customer information and data security policy
Comply with the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Work Experience
Graduate Freshers/High School (UG) with minimum 06 months contact centre experience mandatory
Hospitality/Travel Industry Experience preferred
Customer Service industry experience preferred
Accuracy and speed of typing 25 WPM, 90% Accuracy
