Customer support voice

Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Voice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in a similar role and be able to provide excellent customer service over the phone. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
• Meet personal and team performance targets

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in a similar customer support role
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
