As a Customer Service Representative at The Rolling Pinn, you'll handle customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure prompt order fulfillment. Your role is essential in providing exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Answer inquiries and assist customers via various communication channels.(Instagram, WhatsApp, Telephone, etc). Influencer reach out.
Order Processing: Efficiently process and verify customer orders. Mark when paid and fulfilled.
Delivery Coordination: Schedule and manage delivery partners for timely order fulfillment.
Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Quality Assurance: Ensure orders meet quality standards and report product issues.
Qualifications
- Strong communication(English, Kannada and Hindi) and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and order processing software.
