Job Description

Summary:

Tonbo Imaging Pvt Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer to join our After Sales Customer Support Cell in New Delhi. The role involves interacting with the customers in northern part of India and resolve the issues related to the products being used by them.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Interaction and Support

Maintain a constant liaison with the customers to understand the problems/issues being faced by them.

Collaborate with Customer Support team at Bangalore for the necessary assistance to expedite resolution of the problems related to the products.

Product Evaluation and Analysis:

Conduct diagnosis of the problems/defects reported by the customer(s) through troubleshooting to find out the cause of failure and provide time-bound solution.

Repair and Refurbishment:

Carry out repairs related to PCB defects, battery, adapters & chargers, OLEDs, detectors and Kernel panics.

Testing and Validation:

Perform system level testing on PCBs, battery and OLEDs. Ensure proper documentation and report generation.

Continuous Improvement:

Provide feedback to the Bangalore team on suggested changes/improvements to be

done based on the customer feedback.

Maintain stock of finished products, spares, assembly/testing tools to meet the customer requirements.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engg. B.E (Electronics/Electrical) may also apply.

2-3 years working experience in manufacturing and testing of electronic/electrical components & sub-systems.

Working knowledge on testing of PCBs and relevant standards IPC-A-610.

Experience on IQC of PCBs, Cables and electronic accessories (batteries, chargers, adapters) and inspection report generation and knowledge on calibration of electronic devices.

Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Working knowledge on MS-Office.

Note: The employee will be placed in Bangalore during the training Period
