- Providing customer support services in addition to the technical services.
Prioritizing and dealing with the issues in a timely manner.- Keeping track of the customer queries and resolving the issues as early as possible.
Ensuring that the fault is completely rectified and ensuring that it does not appear in the future.
- Providing correct feedback to customers.
Coordinating team members- Implementing new software and technologies
Providing guidance for problems and questions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is must
- 1-3 years of working experience in a Customer Support or relevant position.
Good oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.- Exceptional customer service skills.
