Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at Shortfundly. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving customer inquiries and issues. They will ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient support through various channels, such as email and chat. The Customer Support Specialist will also collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
