Customer Support Specialist

Shortfundly is an OTT Marketplace platform that allows individuals to release their short films, web series, album songs, and documentaries and earn monthly. Located in Chennai, Shortfundly provides a platform for creative minds to showcase their work and connect with a global audience.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at Shortfundly. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving customer inquiries and issues. They will ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient support through various channels, such as email and chat. The Customer Support Specialist will also collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
