Job Description

  • Job Title: Customer Care Executive
  • Job Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) - Raja Rajeshwari Nagar
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 06:00 PM

Job Description:

As a Fresher, you will work closely with our experienced development team to generate leads for new clients, Product Introduction and Demo, and Product Sales, and deal with existing clients to resolve their queries and fulfill their requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Supports- Biometric device, Micro ATM, Android POS, Payment Gateway etc
  • Consulted with product development teams to enhance products based on customer interest data.
  • Providing Demo or training to the executives or clients
  • Provide ongoing support to clients
  • Inbound and outbound Sales Experience
  • Candidate must be efficient in Basic Word, and Excel with good speaking & writing ability in the local language / Hindi / English
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of Internet Surfing & Social Media Platforms
  • Responsible for regular office activities and Tele-calling as per the provided Database
  • Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls
  • Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
  • Acquiring and retaining contact information databases Put forward suggestions based on the requirements of the consumer
  • Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action

Qualifications and Experience

  • Min 1-3 years experience as a Customer Care Executive or Telecalling (Fresher May Also Apply)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
