Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information to customer
- Process transactions and maintain customer records.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree/ Under grad drop out
- Prior experience in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
