Hiring for Customer Support (International Voice Process)
-Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, billing, and technical support.
-Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
-Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
-Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
