Hiring for US Customer Support (Voice Process)-Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, billing, and technical support.
-Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
-Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
-Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Experience Required- Minimum 1 Year into Customer Service
- CTC for freshers- Up to 4 LPA + Allowances + Incentives
- CTC for 1 Year Experience- Up to
- 75 LPA + Allowances + Incentives
