Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.
  • Assist customers with order placement, product troubleshooting, and account-related issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, if necessary.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
