We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Specialist with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of web applications, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in process and ticket management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for web applications used by the client.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries and issues through various communication channels (email, phone, chat).
  • Monitor and manage support tickets using the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the ticketing system.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the clients web applications and processes.
  • Shift timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (MON to SAT)
  • Work Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

HYBRID WORK MODE: This role will be based at a client location (school premises) in Rajkot, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally.
