Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Negotiate payment arrangements and collect payments from customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution
