Key Responsibilities
We are seeking individuals to handle communications through various channels such as social media, calls, chat, email, and virtual meetings, effectively addressing customer concerns and complaints in a timely and precise manner. Maintaining the quality of responses, meeting set KPIs, and fostering healthy customer relationships are pivotal responsibilities. Tools and channels used include Zendesk, admin, Google Sheets, Metabase links, JIRA, Google Meet, and Slack.
Skills Required
Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience, excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, ability to multitask, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite, and knowledge of CRM systems.
