Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-4 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and software
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Fluency in English and any one regional language
