Job Description: As a Customer Support Representative at Mintobay, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, seamless, and leaves a lasting impression. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support across various communication channels including email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone.
  2. Assist customers with order-related inquiries, product information, sizing, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  5. Process customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  6. Collaborate with other departments including logistics, warehouse, and marketing to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  7. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or management for resolution as needed.
  8. Provide feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions to help improve processes, products, and services.
  9. Familiarity with Shopify and various logistics apps to efficiently navigate the platform, process orders, track shipments, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional regional language proficiency is a plus.
  2. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion retail industry.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
  4. Empathy and patience to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in using customer service software, email, chat, and other communication tools.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
