Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries Eligibility Criteria:
Undergraduate/Graduate With Minimum 6 Months Of Experience.
Should possess excellent English Voice Communication skills
Should be comfortable with rotational shifts (24*7)
Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation
Takes responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied and promises are kept
Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner
