Job Description

Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
Resolve Issues: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions and escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.Process Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling payment transactions.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Provide Product Information: Offer detailed information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
Generate Sales Leads: Identify potential sales opportunities and pass them on to the sales team.
