Customer Experience Executive:-

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns via phone, email, or chat

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft excels required.

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Basic real estate knowledge required.
