We are looking for the role of Customer Support Executive at GetSupp Technologies Pvt Ltd- Location :- HSR Layout, Bangalore
- Roles and Responsibilities :-
Must have Good communication with Multilingual skills, English and Hindi (Required) along with 1 regional Language such as Kannada preferred.
This is not a Sales or marketing profile, the agent should be able to handle different types of queries, feedback and concerns. Vital among these responsibilities are the ability to manage time well; use available software, scripts and tools at their disposal to get the Job done.
Identifying the needs of customers, resolve issues and providing solutions
- Follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity
Maintain good customer relations and professionalism at all time- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer
Answer or make calls to clients to learn about, address their needs, complaints, data collection or other issues with products or services
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call Centre metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position- Ability to work through several problems simultaneously
Skills- experience in outbound calling
Understand basic ticketing systems like Freshdesk, Zoho
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer service field Domestic
Identifying the needs of customers, resolve issues and providing solutions- Good at MS excel and MS word and understand ticketing systems like freshdesk
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
