Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Assisting customers with transactions and account-related queries.
Providing technical support for fintech platforms and applications.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI), and no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
Graduation from any field.
Proficiency in Hindi writing skills.
Versant 6 Certification preferred.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Salary range: 24000 CTC to 29000 CTC, based on experience.
Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts. Day shifts available for females till 8 pm, rotational shifts for males.
