- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Basic knowledge of computers and software applications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is desirable but not mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport and maintaining positive relationships
- Update customer information in the database to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
