Description

We are looking for a customer support representative with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various channels such as email, phone, and chat.

• Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
• Education Qualification- Any Graduation who holds certificates
• Work Location: Hi-tech City. (Work from Office)
• 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
• Pure dayshifts only.
• CTC Freshers : 240000 & Experience : 270000
• Rounds of Interview : HR & Operation round along with Versant Test.
• Updated E-Aadhar mandatory for interview

Responsibilities

• Handling customer & merchant calls.
• Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
• Handling enquiry and service calls.
• Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi. (Hindi is Mandatory)

2. Freshers with good communication in English & Hindi can apply.

3. Voice/Semi Voice/Tele calling/ Customer Service experience would be an added advantage.

4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.

5. Good typing skills ( 25-30 WPM)

6. Immediate Joiners preferred.

7.One way cab facility. (Based on shifts)

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Experience with customer service software and tools is a plus.
