Role Customer Support/Merchant Support Associate.

Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.

Education Qualification- Any Graduation.

Work Location: Hi-tech City. (Work from Office)

6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)

Pure dayshifts only.

3.2 LPA Roles & Responsibilities

Handling customers and explaining about products.

Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.

Handling enquiry and service calls.

Have to resolve customer queries. Eligibility Criteria: -

  • Good Communication Skills in English & Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam (Any 1 Language+ English)
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
  • Voice/Semi Voice Process (Customer Support) experience would be a added advantage.
  • Candidate should be willing to work from office.
  • Good typing skills
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.
  • One way cab (Based on shifts) Interview Venue- Tech Mahindra Info City -Survey No. 64, Unit No.12, Plot No. 35 & 36 Hi-Tech City Layout, Jubilee Enclave, Madhapur, Telangana 500081.
