Handling customers and explaining about products.
Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
Handling enquiry and service calls.
Have to resolve customer queries. Eligibility Criteria: -
- Good Communication Skills in English & Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam (Any 1 Language+ English)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
- Voice/Semi Voice Process (Customer Support) experience would be a added advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to work from office.
- Good typing skills
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
