We are seeking a customer support executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in customer support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in India.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate information to customers and resolving their issues promptly
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively
  • Identifying trends in customer inquiries and proactively suggesting improvements to the product or service

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  • Experience using customer support software and tools
