We are looking for a Customer Support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The candidate should be able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
