- Graduate: 30,000 CTC
- Graduate + 1 year BPO experience: 33,000 CTC
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support for Adobe TS or CS campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist customers via phone, email, or chat professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience in a BPO environment.
- Skills: Excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- Salary includes variable components and overtime, with the potential to earn an average of 40,000-50,000 in-hand salary post-training.
- Work-from-home option available after 5 months in the process, with an average in-hand salary of 35,000-40,000.
