Customer Support/International Voice

Description

We are seeking a Customer Support/International Voice with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients from all over the world. They will be the first point of contact for our customers and will need to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Providing accurate information to customers
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Building relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in a call center or international voice process is preferred
• Graduate in any stream or equivalent
