- Tag garments properly to avoid misplacement.
- Handle cash transactions and payments.
- Assist in the railing and retrieval of garments for customers.
- Maintain records of garments served and follow up on garments not ready.
- Record details of customers with misplaced tickets.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of issues.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and analyze data for continuous service improvement.
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base.
