Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Customer Support Intern at Shoopy. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Ideal experience is 0-1 year
  • You must be knowing one of the languages Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of retail industry practices is beneficial
