Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Offer product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Map the customer journey and identify pain points to enhance customer experience.
- Gather additional customer feedback through follow-up calls and surveys.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience with SaaS products is preferred.
- Startup experience is advantageous.
- Exhibit technical curiosity and a willingness to learn new concepts.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
- Proven ability to engage and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers.
