Manage queries from customers via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
Collate feedback and suggestions from customers periodically.
Ensure website content is up to date and adheres to guidelines.
Conduct research before contacting clients for testimonials, feedback, etc.
Maintain ticket-based communications for efficient query resolution.
Key Requirements:
Relevant undergraduate degree or in second last year of Graduation/PG Program
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Should be a self-starter be able to identify gaps and discuss with relevant business verical
Comfortable working with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Experience working with Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
