Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns related to Upstox IB products and services via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries for future reference and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
