Designation: Customer Support.

Process: Titanium Voice Black

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • Superior product knowledge.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

  • Should be good in communication both in Verbal Communication
  • Self-motivated
  • Sound Knowledge of English and Hindi , south regional skills added advantage.
  • Excel Knowledge will be an added advantages.

Language Required: English + Hindi/ Malayalam /Marathi/Gujarathi/Tamil

Work Days: 5 days Working 2 Rotational Week off.

Location: Kudul Gate
