We are urgently hiring for a large e-commerce brand's voice process.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- The customer support representatives will answer daily customer correspondence through voice methods.
- These call center representatives provide order assistance and product information in an efficient and professional manner.
- Working in a blended process of both Inbound and Outbound. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our product, pricing, availability and dispatch
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right resources within the company.
- Handle Customer Complaints and Escalations.
- Provide solutions for basic problems, work within the time limits provided, and take ownership of issues.
- Go the extra mile to engage with Customer Requirements

- Excellent communication skills . Must be fluent in both English and Tamil (spoken)
- Graduates with minimum 1 year experience can apply- Must have relevant documents for experience and Education.
- BPO experience will be preferred
- Work window: 9 hours, 6 days working. 24x7 operations
- 6 days a week

System Requirement-
- Core i5 gen 7 or above
- 8GB RAM
- genuine windows 10 or 11 with latest service pack; fixes/patch management to be carried out by partner on these end-points at regular intervals (virus definition updates, windows updates as the examples)
- Camera availability is must
- >=20Mbps internet connection (broadband connection is most preferred and mobile hotspot is not allowed)
- Genuine/Full version of Endpoint protection on the system
- Compatible USB headsets for WFH users
- UPS is mandatory
- EDR installation is a must
